Since joining Trident in 2017 up to my current role as an Associate Director, I have received multiple promotions in recognition of my hard work, high fee generation and the ability to retain existing clients whilst winning instructions from new clients.

Experience

• Project management of large-scale office refurbishments involving decarbonisation & EPC improvement works as well as achieving Wired Score and BREEAM accreditations.

• Providing Technical Due Diligence advice for acquisition of retail, office, and industrial buildings. Most recently has advised on two retail parks in excess of £24million.

• Providing contract administration services for primary schools' capital expenditure projects, including bid preparation for funding, specification writing, tendering, and on-site project management.

• Project Monitoring of several new build schemes for a private healthcare client. Recently monitored a £4.56m care home development in Chesterfield.

• Schedule of Dilapidation inspections and successful negotiation of the claims directly with the landlord/tenant or their representatives.

• Planned Preventative Maintenance advice to a public sector client involving industrial and agricultural farm buildings.

• Condition and Latent defect surveys of PFI schools.

• Experienced in managing and leading a team of surveyors.

• Contract administration of Industrial refurbishment projects.

• Managing refurbishment works to a Grade II listed retail building in Central York.

My role involved undertaking condition surveys of residential properties throughout the UK. I was the direct client contact for the survey programme and was responsible for performing QA checks on all reports before issuing these to the client.
