• Took a purposeful career break of 2 years and 10 months following the birth of my youngest child to provide attentive care during their formative years.
• During this period, I ensured a nurturing environment for my child's growth and milestones while also dedicating time to continuously enhance my QA skills through self-directed learning initiatives.
• Now i am ready to devote my time to my career and I'm looking forward to a new challenge.

• Create and facilitates review Detailed Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test artefacts, Test scenarios, cycle plan and secures approvals from stakeholders.

• Partners with project team members to identify and implement improvements to tools and processes that are targeted to increase testing efficiency.

• Performing Regression in multiple environments, Integrated Performance testing, and SOAK Testing for every release and producing the test summary report

• Responsible for defect coordination and management.

• Attends/Organize the meeting, lessons learnt, risk reviews and ad-hoc project related meetings.

• Requirement analysis, Project estimation, Resource allocation, Client interaction & Status reporting to management.

• Monthly Governance deck/Weekly Status Report/Automation deck preparation and Presenting to Customer.

• Analyse the Automation feasibility of Functionality /Requirements/ Business flow/ Projects/ Applications/ Regression.

• Identifying the Right automation tool for the applications

• Performing POC – Proof of Concept

• Automation development for the feasible requirements in Functional\ Regression\ Integration testing.

• Web based application&Data base validation using Automation tool

• Integrating Automation tool with test management tool for executing Test scripts.

• Presenting Demo to client & QA Team of automated tool.

• Automation Dashboard Generation and presentation to Client\Stakeholders.

• As an Onsite coordinator, responsible for End to End Automation development of project on release basics.

• Attends\Organize the project meeting with offshore and Client\Stakeholders, lessons learnt, project risk reviews and ad-hoc project related meetings.

QE – Quality Engineering Activities:

• Analyse the Automation feasibility of Functionality \Requirements\ Business flow\ Application.

• Identifying the Right automation tool for the applications

• Doing POC – Proof of Concept

• Automation development for the requirements

• Functional/Regression/Integration testing using Automation tool.

• Giving Demo to client & QA Team.

QA – Quality Assurance Activities:

• Create and facilitates review Project Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test scenarios and secures approvals from client.

• Review System Testing level artifacts (i.e. Application Test Strategy, cycle plan and etc.)

• Identify and prepare Test Data Requirements.

• Directs and manages the development of Test Scenarios and test cases minimizing redundancy and optimizing with a goal of reusability/automation in collaboration with the QA team.

• Releases status & issue communications from the onset of test involvement to the project leadership and project team.

• Partners with project team members to identify and implement improvements to tools and processes that are targeted to increase testing efficiency.

• Responsible for test execution/defect coordination and management.

• Attends/Organize the meeting, lessons learnt, risk reviews and ad-hoc project related meetings.

Management Activities:

• Requirement analysis, Project estimation, Resource allocation, Client interaction & Status reporting to management.

• Governance deck/DSR/WSR/MSR/Automation deck preparation.

• Quality Reviews & Metrics collection.

• Internal Quality Audit, External Quality Audit & Final Inspection

• Initial understanding of business requirements and concepts.

• Designing and Execution of Test cases using QC and Ration tool.

• Preparation of TBP (Test Bed Pull) & Test data condition in back end.

• Involved in System, Functional, Regression & Shakedown testing

• Defect Management (Raising defect, Defect Tracking and retesting the fixed Defects) using QC and Ration tool.

• Regression testing of the application using QTP.

• Active participation in team reviews.
