After my maternity leave in 2020, I made the decision to leave my job and began working independently toward my personal goals and interests. I became an elite cyclist, competing on platforms such as Zwift and MyWhoosh. In 2024, I represented Lithuania in the Cycling E-Racing World Championship Semi-Finals. In 2025, I won the Baltic National Championship in both the Time Trial and Road disciplines in E-Racing.
Beyond my achievements in sports, I developed a strong curiosity and a desire to make a positive impact. This passion led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Prosperity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship at the Institute for Global Prosperity (IGP), University College London (UCL), from which I graduated with distinction. During my studies, I discovered that academia offers an environment where I can contribute to meaningful change. I have since been accepted to pursue a PhD on a topic that deeply aligns with my values and aspirations: "Reducing Achievement Disparities in Polish Minority Schools in Lithuania."
