As a temporary retail worker at Marks & Spencer, I developed strong customer service and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment. My responsibilities included assisting customers with inquiries, processing transactions efficiently at the till, and ensuring shelves were stocked and displays were well-presented to meet company standards. I gained valuable experience in handling customer complaints professionally and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets during busy periods. I handled customer concerns in a polite and professional way, always aiming to provide a positive experience. This role helped me improve my communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, and I am confident that my strong work ethic and customer-focused approach make me a great fit for any retail position. In this role I also improved my time management and adaptability, as I balanced multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of service during peak trading times, such as sales and holiday periods.

• In this role, I provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment and manage orders. I handle cash and card transactions accurately, maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area, and collaborated with team members to enhance customer satisfaction. From this job, I am developing increased confidence and gaining valuable skills such as effective communication, teamwork, time management, and customer.I also followed health regulations whilst handling food, promoting safe practices.Adding onto this I also demonstrated full knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods to provide suggestions based on customer preferences. Moreover, i assisted kitchen staff with washing dishes and preparing food when required, mostly in busy hours to make sure its done perfectly and quickly.Additionally, i can manage multiple tasks during busy periods, demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail.I decided to seek another job to gain more work experience and to find a position where I would enjoy my work even more.
