  • Supported the implementation of the Community Reorientation Women Network (CRoWN) initiative through the identification, recruitment, and training of over 500 female community volunteers to increase demand for primary health care services, including routine immunization, antenatal care, family planning, and nutrition.
  • Developed the workplan, scale-up strategy, and implementation plan for the CRoWN project, and contributed to the design of standardized training manuals and facilitation materials to support consistent delivery of volunteer-led health promotion activities.
