I did my year 10 work experience at Woodlands Care home, I interacted with the residents and kept them company, planned and played games and activities with them and also helped with housekeeping, this gave me a lot of experience and also boosted my confidence a lot.
Morris Dancing is a competitive sport that needs you to be confident and resilient, needs very good communication skills, needs very good communication skills for the dance, you also need to have compassion as you need to encourage each-other to be the best you possibly can be and push each-other to the fullest. I've done Morris Dancing since I was 4 years old and it has taught me a lot and really boosted my confidence and self esteem
