Promoted to the role of Global Accounts Programme Manager after successfully delivering a major project. The UK representative on the Tyco Global Installation Council - a group of business leaders from around the world formed to standardise processes and share best practice. For what was at the time Tyco's largest major project's contract. The job consisted of several disciplines ranging from small isolated IDS to complex system front-end systems. Overseeing, coordinating and auditing the works of 40 contractors, 6 commissioning engineers and reporting into the contracts manager whilst hosting external client meetings regarding project progression, auditing and lessons learned. The project also had to go through several design revisions during the life of the project which | supervised.
