As a Leisure Operations Team Leader at Village Hotels, I oversee the smooth running and maintenance of leisure operations within the club . I lead a team during my shift, ensuring that all staff members are happy and performing their duties to the satisfaction of our members while maintaining the required standards. I also provide training to our team members, ensuring that they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.

In addition to my role at Village Hotels, I have recently taken on the temporary role of Interim Leisure Operations Manager , overseeing all aspects of daily operations, from ordering supplies to managing staff schedules, maintaining standards, and organising member events. I successfully handled member complaints, controlled costs, and ensured the smooth running of the club in the absence of key managers for a short amount of time. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our members.
