7+ years in SaaS sales development, 4 as an SDR across HR Tech and Fintech, 3 building and leading SDR teams. I haven't held a dedicated enablement title, but enablement has been at the core of everything I've enjoyed most in my management career.
Building the GUIDE framework at Voyc, rebuilding the coaching engine at Lead Forensics, designing onboarding and playbooks at Gloat, that work was always the part I leaned into hardest. The part I did beyond the job description, not because I had to, but because it's where I saw the biggest impact and felt most in my element.
I'm now looking to make that the whole job. I want to build programmes, design frameworks, and develop SDRs at scale, not as a by-product of managing a team, but as the focus itself. My coaching is grounded in the psychology of sales as much as the mechanics of it. I use data as a tool for clarity, not pressure, and I anchor a lot of my individual coaching in Start With Why, understanding each SDR's personal motivation first, then connecting that to their performance. That approach is what I want to bring to enablement at scale.
Joined during early scale-up to build the SDR function from scratch, with full ownership of process, playbooks, and enablement infrastructure.
Brought in to modernise a legacy outbound function and scale the SDR team during a key growth phase.
Promoted from SDR Team Lead into management after 9 months. Led Gloat's EMEA SDR organisation during a rapid scale phase.
