This position has grabbed my attention.

Truthfully, the position and the company would be something I aspire to be working as and a company I would be proud to wave the flag for. I have been made aware of the possibility and it instantly caught my attention. Not much research was needed due to my existing knowledge of the company, not only being a big advocate for multiple podcasts under the The Fellas Studios name. What excites me the most is the possibility of joining a company that has no ceiling and all the freedom to grow. It is clear to me that this position stands out from the rest. I have always said that it would be hard to move me from my current position due to my love for the sport but this s a world that captures me even more.

What instantly stood out to me first were the important levels of organisational skills required for the job and the opportunity to be part of a team in one of the most exciting and growing industries around. All things I’ve heard and seen about the business are only good things. With that in mind, the prospect of the task is one that excites me as I am willing to learn and develop myself further with a company that seems to value its employees.

Having spent a year oversees working at Sydney’s biggest hospitality and events firm, I have not only developed robust critical thinking skills but, also a flair for my sales techniques, operational know how and a drive to acquire new skills.

In my latest role, I participated in delivering over 200 + race days for The Jockey Club up and down the country. I have received recognition for being on top of deadlines and helping to grow and manage The Jockey Clubs brand.
