Project – Battery Management System
Client – Fortescue Zero, UK

• Performed Model-in-the-Loop (MIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing for Battery Management System (BMS) components to ensure software functionality, performance, and safety compliance.
• Developed and executed requirement-based test cases using MATLAB Test Manager and Simulink, maintaining MISRA C compliance.
• Conducted Coverage analysis using Coverage Analyzer, achieving Modified Condition/ Decision Coverage (MCDC), decision, and condition coverage to ensure complete test verification.
• Employed Simulink and Embedded Coder for code generation and to validate code accuracy and model integrity.
• Oversaw version control using (Git) and analyzed test results to identify gaps and defects, collaborating with teams to track and resolve issues via JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Maintained end-to-end traceability of requirements, test cases, and results using Polarion and JIRA.
• Liaised with software development, functional safety, and quality assessment teams to align requirements, test cases, and validation outcomes.
• Engaged with clients and project managers to review build progress and address issues.

Project – Wireless Charging System
Client – Brusa, Germany

• Contributed to ASPICE SWE.3 (Software Detailed Design and Unit Construction) by performing reverse engineering and developing detailed software design models using Unified Modeling Language (UML) in Enterprise Architect (EA).
• Uploaded design artifacts to Polarion, linking software requirements to components, assigning ASIL levels, and supporting
  ASPICE audits.
• Engaged with cross-functional teams to align design with software design and functional safety objectives.
• Maintained end-to-end traceability from requirements to design, implementation, and verification to support ASPICE compliance.
• Served as a primary client interface for design reviews and queries.
• Led the design team, conducting regular meetings to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
