I am a first-year Computer Systems and Networks student at Edinburgh Napier University, seeking a Part-Time Visitor Assistant role to gain valuable experience in a customer-focused environment. I am reliable, friendly, and confident in communication, with a welcoming and professional approach when assisting visitors and handling enquiries.

I have lived in Edinburgh for four years, and I have developed a strong appreciation for the city, its culture, and its welcoming atmosphere. This experience has helped me build strong communication and interpersonal skills while becoming familiar with the local environment and community.

I enjoy interacting with people and providing helpful support to ensure visitors have a positive experience. I am organised, adaptable, and able to work efficiently in busy environments, both independently and as part of a team. In addition, I can speak Mandarin, English, and Cantonese, allowing me to communicate effectively with visitors from diverse backgrounds and provide inclusive customer service. I am eager to develop new skills, contribute positively to the team, and help create a welcoming experience for all visitors.
