Instructed A-level and GCSE subject courses to students whose first language is not English. Conducted specialized lessons aimed at preparation for public exams, ensuring student readiness.

Implemented a three full-day workshop based on positive Psychology which held on three consecutive weekends in July. Over a hundred of the service targets and their parents have experienced how positive psychology beneficial to their daily life.

Started the Psychology Magazine, PsychVision, in my school to offer a channel for psychology students to publish their independent study in articles to foster exploration in psychology outside of classrooms.

Supported the team in a mental wellness project which was targeted towards adolescents, mainly secondary school students. The project reach out to students during exams and test period with a free aroma box sets and meditation sessions, raising mental health awareness by teaching students how to relax.
Initiated an emotional education program for younger members, primary students. Integrated a meaningful movie in it which inspires children to share and learn how to deal with their emotions.
