Tristan Redfern

I have worked both full time and part time as a self employed 3D Digital Artist/ Game Character Designer. This Business is an online career that I work on in my Free time which involves Planning, organizing promotional events, Advertising Digital software use and Design.

This has allowed me to become an independent worker that can react and adapt to any required task. It has also given me an experience of running a small international company.

I have worked in full time employment as a Mechanical Pump Fitter. Repairing Countless systems and working as part of a team. I worked reliably regardless of the task and location to ensure the job is done.

This includes working as part of Site Team Repairing Mechanical systems for customers in their Factories.

I worked weekends as a marshal for Delta Force. I was responsible for taking groups of people out to the different game zones, and for their safety and enjoyment.

I had to work well as part of a team and had to be able to use my own initiative to solve rising issues while running games alone.

During and between games i would tend to gun maintenance and other customer needs such as food, advice and interlayer disputes.

At high school I went to ONE VOICE DESIGN in Holmfirth. There I was given the opportunity to work with the graphic designers following client briefs to create on screen logos. I learnt to be professional and work independently.
