This gave me a lot of exposure to various types of properties, each with its own systems, routines, and ways of working. I quickly learned how to adapt to different building setups, whether it was dealing with access control, managing deliveries, handling residents' requests, or working with other staff and management. Being in a new environment almost every shift helped me build strong problem-solving skills and taught me how to stay professional and calm under pressure. It also gave me a solid understanding of how different residential buildings operate, which has been really valuable for my development in this field.
