My role consist of the running of checkouts and helping customers find what they needed and suggest how best to use them. Sitting on tills, operating self scans and training new colleagues I also counted the tills and replenished them. Also I opened the store some mornings and updated the pricing tickets. I was also the stores charity champion which involved organizing when charity groups would come in store. Also I helped with online orders and I was on customer service and delt with returns and customers complaints and I was also the union representative and health and safety rep.
