• Deployed in the performance testing and optimization of ACI’s Money Transfer System (MTS) as part of the release team responsible for defining test suites and coverage to ensure solid and stable deployments
• Working as an independent contractor on a fixed term contract I was principally positioned in the International Payments Core Services team and reported into the Brussels Head Office helping support both production and quality assurance teams by investigating issues and assisting in the interpretation and implementation of ISO-20022 standards for RTGS payments and HVPS flows
• Leveraging extensive knowledge of ACI and its services, a coordinator role was taken on across the two teams to enhance synergy and improve the testing strategy to benefit both teams.
• Tasked with the creation of automated test packs for SWIFT and CBPR+ flows to speed up regression testing using both ACI and BNPPF toolsets with the goal to improve efficiency and increase quality

• Responsible for the standardization and administration of Protocol creation and maintenance across Iliad’s industry supported suite of protocols (ISO-8583/ISO20022/JSON API)
• Specific duties involve the creation and implementation of good practice guides, defining protocol standards, and the creation of general templates and processes for the Client Service team to adopt a common approach to protocol development
• During this period, involvement centered on two main projects: the New Payments Architecture (NPA) Collection 3 protocol and a JSON API for a Benelux scheme.
• In additional to this, due to the dynamic nature and business of Iliad Solutions I have been involved with an assortment of payment related systems, which have developed my exposure of protocol usage and definition across different businesses

Global provider of electronic payments solutions for the world's top financial institutions, retailers and payment processors

• Working in ACI's Testing Services, participated in defining and promoting ACI's Testing Methodology and creating the company's global testing templates and standards based on the IEEE-829 standard.
• Involvement in the development of governance templates and good practice guides now used in the ACI playbooks
• Assigned on numerous customer projects with onsite presence covering a variety of projects including Instant Payments (SEPA), Faster Payments and a variety of payment projects in line with ACI's portfolio
• Main achievements include the Test Manager Role for a high profile ATM refresh project with a leading UK bank and working with a key player in SEPA instant payments
• Other key roles include being assigned Test Lead for a large online banking project based in Brussels managing both onsite and offshore teams throughout the SIT and UAT phases of the testing lifecycle including the deployment of automated and exploratory testing methods and involved extensive travel to India and Belgium
• ACI Representation at the European Software Testing Awards where an automated solution won through to the final for 'Best Use of Tools' category

• Responsible for the development, testing, and release policy of ACI’s ASx Payment Engine and for the classroom based teaching of ASSET user and development courses to customers and ACI employees
• Main achievements were to plan and resource product and customer enhancements, and to create a release strategy, based on an automated build policy
• Led a team of 5 resources including technical authors, test engineers and developers, to introduce an overnight testing methodology using ASSET by the creation of ASx specific Test Packs integrated across multiple OS platforms with Continuous and Cruise Control
• This role also included acting as ACI's representative on the IFX Standards committee as Vice Chair, offering valuable insights into the processes and procedures for integrating support into a protocol through committee collaboration.

• Responsible for the development and team leadership of product enhancements
• Main achievements were leading of two international teams of developers in the UK and Romania, to implement a web based front end to ASx, and create a test strategy using ASSET to drive forward automated testing repositories

• Responsible for the development of enhancements and services for customer related systems involving extensive on-site work in Ireland, Germany, Sweden, and Switzerland
• Positioned in the benchmarking and performance monitoring team of ACI’s ASx payment engine and the creation of ASSET repositories for testing and simulation work

• Tasked with the development of Software Testing Tools targeted at functional testing of software products for stress and regression based testing of mainframe systems, including compliance testing for Y2K and Euro-Zone
