• Year 3 : Recruitment via myself growing team from 18 to 26 – T/0 : £56.2m
• Current workbook value to date : £121m {Including all completed / current / proposed projects up to 2027}
• Oversee and manage pre-construction / Design / Commercial / Operational teams to ensure quality and compliance from RIBA 0 – 7 {Inception to completion}
• Oversee and manage commercial team to ensure CVR Cost control value reconciliation including applications, invoicing, Final accounts, and all P & L reports are captured and controlled.
• Oversee and manage operational team to ensure quality and compliance regarding pre-construction documentation including SHEQ, CPHSP, F10 submissions, programme of works HSE site files including all RAMs, COSHH assessments and Accreditation's
• Oversee and approve all weekly labour procurement, material orders & plant {Including issue all material delivery registers running in conjunction with the programme of work target dates}
• Oversee and approve all weekly contractors progress reports, RFIs, EWNs, site audits & EWQs as the live project unfolds.
• Oversee and approve all weekly co-ordination and communication with building control and CDM to ensure all legislations are compliant to ensure correct sign off on PC
• Working alongside clients to gather a full understanding of client's requirements & expectations
• Chair all weekly progress meetings with the client to monitor & capture all site progress and ensure collaborative planning is maintained to ensure targets are reached and capture KPIs.
• Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world to ensure we are up to date and in touch with client needs and requirements.
• Report directly to CEO and director on a weekly basis by mean of full project workbook update.
• As the main team lead I'm also accountable for all one-ones / PDRs / T & D / H&WB checks to ensure I maintain a high performing high morale efficient team to ensure delivery
