Establishing and managing BIM standards, processes, and information workflows aligned with ISO 19650 and project requirements. Coordinating multidisciplinary models to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity across design and construction teams while managing Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and facilitating information exchanges to support project stakeholders in delivering structured, high-quality digital information for asset management and project delivery.

Engaged with multiple frameworks, such as those from the Department for Education and Ministry of Justice.

Initially started as an apprentice, qualifying in January 2023. Responsible for the automation and enrichment of processes using different software, tools and digital skillsets including, but not exclusively, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Solibri, Trimble Connect, Tekla, and Civils 3D. Providing support for construction operations by organizing data and developing visual outputs to illustrate. The organization of 3D models and data within enabling the delivery team to build based on design. Also, heading presentations on the Young HPC platform, encouraging young people to adopt a career in the industry.

• Demonstrated products effectively leading to increased sales conversions.
• Primarily responsible for fishing department sales, assisting and advising customers about products. Recognising areas for promotion of goods. Representing the company at external fishing shows. Hosting promotion events to scout or D of E award groups. Also, till work, handling transactions, serving customers, and promoting discount cards.
• Ensured stock replenishment in a timely manner to maintain product availability.
• Learnt about new products quickly, providing comprehensive guidance to customers.
• Managed high-pressure situations calmly, ensuring seamless store operations during peak hours.
