  • At Data Productions I work as part of an MSP supporting multiple companies. This has allowed me to gain broad experience across many areas of IT while working with a wide range of technologies and environments. My responsibilities include Microsoft/Azure administration, configuring Active Directory environments by creating and managing users, setting file permissions and applying global policies and automation profiles. I regularly support desktop environments including Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Citrix ensuring end users can work efficiently across different platforms.
  • I have also been involved in device management through Intune, particularly during recent migrations where several businesses we support have transitioned to Intune-based management for their devices. This has given me valuable experience in Intune configuration, policy deployment, and device troubleshooting through MDM.
  • Because most of our customers are supported remotely, I have extensive experience using remote access systems to troubleshoot and resolve user issues. Through this role I have developed strong troubleshooting skills across Active Directory, Windows administration tools, virtualised environments such as citrix. And a wide range of end-user technologies.
