TRACY MAKULIKA

Birmingham,BIR

Summary

I am a self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented individual with a proven ability to adapt quickly to challenging work environments. A team player by nature, I am solution-oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision. My passion for healthcare grew during my time working in the Health service sector under the Ministry of Health, where I developed a deep understanding of the impact of compassionate care. This passion was further strengthened when I became the primary caregiver for my grandmother, who battled cervical cancer and diabetes. The experience of accompanying her to chemotherapy, supporting her through daily activities, and offering emotional comfort deepened my commitment to care for those in vulnerable conditions with empathy and dignity. Additionally, growing up with a cousin who had cerebral palsy has given me valuable insight into providing care with patience and love, fostering my dedication to serving others in healthcare.
