Summary

I am an experienced and knowledgeable professional having worked with vulnerable children and families for over 30 years. I have worked in a variety of children's social care roles at practitioner, team manager and service manager level and have wide ranging knowledge of the impact of abuse, trauma and disruption on children. My fostering experience is extensive and includes Practitioner, Team Manager, Panel Vice Chair, Panel Advisor, Panel Member and Consultant Trainer. I am a committed and passionate supporter of the role of Fostering Panel in helping deliver placement choice and improving outcomes for children.

I am a registered social worker with Social Care Wales.
