• Joined RS Components in 2013 as Solutions Architect - SAP O2C/SD, promoted to Senior O2C Solutions Architect in 2017.
• Led projects such as automating the Mastercard Procurement Card process in the UK and implementing PSD2 Compliance for Level 1 Consumer Cards in EMEA.
• Managed SAP O2C & payment card template roll-out for the Japan site and SAP component & production packaging roll-out in China and Japan.
• Rolled out the SAP consignment process to RS Local sites in the UK.
• Oversaw design, configuration, UAT support, and solution implementation for SAP O2C and WM modules, including strategic projects and changes related to SAP O2C, WM, and RF functionality.

• Began in Customer Services managing and reprocessing failed ORDERS IDOCs in SAP.
• After two maternity breaks (2001 & 2003), moved to Group IT SAP Application Support in 2005, supporting 10 SAP instances globally in O2C/SD/ALE/Royalties/Rebates, and gained SAP O2C certification.
• Transitioned to Project Delivery in 2009, working on SAP O2C changes and learning SAP WM and RF functionality.
• Led projects including WM and RF handheld scanner implementation at the OUP South Africa warehouse, four template O2C rollouts across multiple countries, and SAP ECC6 O2C & WM implementation for OUP Kenya.
