At present, I am the Cafe and Staff Canteen Manager. I also spend time on other Departments, learning the various Management roles, and am the Manager in Charge in the mornings and evenings on multiple days during the week.

Day-to-day running of General Store ordering stock, rotating stock, cleaning, customer service, managing money, using the Post Office Horizon system, dealing with suppliers and invoice payments, managing temperature controls, and opening and closing checks.

Started as a manager for Weatherspoons, where I learned all the skills needed to manage a Pub and Food Service establishment. I have also been a tenant and owned my own Freehold Public House having various roles including the day-to-day running of the establishments, looking after beer quality, stock ordering, cash handling and staff management.

Started at Tesco as a Part-time Store assistant and worked in various departments full time until becoming the Ambient Stock Control Manager of the Lichfield Store, a position I kept until I left to pursue a career in the Pub Trade. When I left I was given a open reference from the personnel manager to be able to take up employment again within Tesco.
