i personally enjoyed the barista course as it was a course i had never considered in the past, the best part of the training for me was to be able to taste and identify the different blends of coffees.

my personal values and beliefs that i stand by in a work environment are:

• treat people as you wish to be treated
• respect all work colleagues and staff
• be as clean and as tidy as you can whilst taking out tasks
• if you have finished a task and have nothing else to do offer assistance to someone else.
• if you are unsure of something or don't know how to do a task never feel a way to ask for help.
