I have currently served 22+ years as an officer, having passed the age of 55 I am now looking to retire from the force, I currently work as a crime investigator dealing with the public over the telephone creating crime reports and carrying out investigations.

I work from force contact created logs and then use my law training to decide from the circumstances what crime and level of risk to generate, I will then contact witnesses, search for cctv and other sources of evidence with a high level of investigation knowledge.

I am a police advanced level driver or "standard" driver in police terminology. Qualified to use blue lights and sirens at high speed.

I am also qualified as a riot van driver with the same emergency response.

I have many years experience on response answering and responding to emergency calls for public safety, and the pursuit of offenders.

I have worked on neighbourhood teams on mountain bike patrol on busy town centres. I have also worked on Force CID investigating crime for many years, case file preparation, and attending court when required.

I am also advanced search trained, and also have very high communication skills, also ABE trained and can interview children that have suffered serious crime.

I am able to communicate with the public efficiently and address aggression and all the circumstances one can imagine, I have a high level of first aid training and also self defence to police level.

I am able to make life saving decisions and handle the pressure that comes with the role, I have been in a highly trusted position for the whole of my career where honesty and integrity is second to none. I am trained in data management, using intelligence systems and all police systems that are now digital.

There is a lot to enter in this section and I would be happy to discuss it face to face.
