• Strategic Leadership: Transitioned from Import Operations to a senior commercial role, overseeing ecommerce implementation at multiple UK locations, including LHR Head Office.
• Import Process Optimization: Prevented the loss of ERTS license and expanded operations to three locations. Managed import systems, clearance, and accounting processes, while implementing deferral account operations.

• Innovation & Technology: Designed an automated brokerage platform, reducing staff costs by 75%, generating tax files, KPI reports, and API milestone links. Developed a DDU payment collection app in collaboration with IT.
