As a retail leader with over 15 years of experience, I have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience and developing my team.

I currently manage a flagship store of The Body Shop in the North West which is Top 5 turnover store in the UK.

As a Senior Store manager I also support the North west region alongside my Regional sales and talent manager.


I am very passionate about boosting self-confidence. I strive to achieve new objectives every day with full devotion and loyalty to my employer, team and the customers I interact with regularly.


I have won several awards for my store management skills, such as the Trafford's Centres Store manager of the year 2023, a People champion award for The Body Shop in 2020 and Store manager of the Year award 2016 for The Body Shop.
