First point of contact for people who needed support, guiding them through complicated processes with patience and clear communication. Managed a steady flow of cases, calls and paperwork, keeping everything organised and on time. Spoke daily with different teams and professionals to make sure everyone was updated and moving in the same direction. Looked after scheduling, follow-ups and correspondence, and used Excel to track cases, deadlines and information. A lot of the job required discretion, empathy and diplomacy and taught me how to keep people calm, explain things clearly and move things forward in a fast-paced environment.
Custom looks for drag performers, including fittings and dressing for shoots, stage and Drag Race-related appearances. Pieces have been seen on TV. The work was client-facing, fast-paced and required discretion, problem-solving and an eye for how things photograph.
Helped with London Fashion Week shows and presentations, looking after backstage logistics, guest flow and seating. Welcomed stylists, editors, influencers and media, and made sure they were comfortable and in the right place.
