Curated and sourced vintage/designer pieces for markets in Belfast and Dublin and ran Léine’s Instagram and visuals. Styled and shot pieces for posts, stories and lookbooks, and connected with local creatives and customers. Growth was organic through the Irish vintage scene and word of mouth.

Helped Weegirl with social media and content, organising sample requests and creating visuals for Instagram. Worked with stylists, influencers and Irish creatives to get pieces seen, and kept a small but engaged community growing around the brand. Also handled press bits (giveaways, seasonal drops, selects) and the general social/DM chat, that keep the brand moving.

First point of contact for people who needed support, guiding them through complicated processes with patience and clear communication. Managed a steady flow of cases, calls and paperwork, keeping everything organised and on time. Spoke daily with different teams and professionals to make sure everyone was updated and moving in the same direction. Looked after scheduling, follow-ups and correspondence, and used Excel to track cases, deadlines and information. A lot of the job required discretion, empathy and diplomacy and taught me how to keep people calm, explain things clearly and move things forward in a fast-paced environment.

Custom looks for drag performers, including fittings and dressing for shoots, stage and Drag Race-related appearances. Pieces have been seen on TV. The work was client-facing, fast-paced and required discretion, problem-solving and an eye for how things photograph.

Helped with London Fashion Week shows and presentations, looking after backstage logistics, guest flow and seating. Welcomed stylists, editors, influencers and media, and made sure they were comfortable and in the right place. Assisted with press materials and social content, and stayed in touch with people afterwards. This role gave a good understanding of how Fashion Week works behind the scenes: fast, social and full of moving parts.

Worked on visual merchandising for Outfit and Topshop, dressing mannequins, windows and in-store displays, developing an eye for styling, colour and layout and how clothes read in a retail space.

Helped with the showroom at Agency Eleven, assisting with sample pulls and returns (Fashion GPS), phones, couriers and keeping the space and rails in order. Looked after stylists, photographers and editors during appointments and handled whatever was needed on the studio side during Fashion Week events. Fast, social environment requiring tact, pace and the ability to keep things moving.
