Responsibilities;

Ensuring 100% collection efficiency on Bills and outstanding eliciting and managing communications between customers and internal stakeholders to drive increase in energy consumption and exceptional customer experience.
Duties;
· Built a dashboard with the use of Microsoft power BI for monthly performance of key account customers.
· Analysing post billing reports to ensure that customers are billed accurately and ensuring 100% collection efficiency on bills and reduction of debts.
· Analyse monthly Energy/Power consumption data and billing histories of Top priority (Maximum Demand) customers. Review customer profile and deploy any potential value-added services to Customers.
