Responsibilities;

Responsible for coordinating, engaging, and improving the existing relationship with Maximum Demand Customers and the team members as well as acquiring new MD customers. Ensuring 100% collection efficiency on Bills and outstanding eliciting and managing communications between customers and internal stakeholders to drive increase in energy consumption and exceptional customer experience.

Duties;

· Built a dashboard with the use of Microsoft power BI for monthly performance of key account customers.

· Analysing post billing reports to ensure that customers are billed accurately and ensuring 100% collection efficiency on bills and reduction of debts.

· Analyse monthly Energy/Power consumption data and billing histories of Top priority (Maximum Demand) customers. Review customer profile and deploy any potential value-added services to Customers.

· Facilitating adjustments for customers where necessary.

· Resolving key client issues and complaints

· Providing daily Collection report on performance to management

Key achievement;

Reduced customer outstanding by collecting debt recovery of 491 million naira.

Managed a cluster management payment and complaints leading to 10% increase in consumption.

Increased cell sites vending from 5 million naira to 30/40 million naira.

brought in new customers generating monthly revenue of 3.5 million naira
