- Assisting in the setting KPI’s, monitoring and take accountability to achieve the targets set.

- Ensuring good communications are maintained within the department/area/shift and with all departments.

- Ensuring all company procedures are followed by all employees and that good hygiene and housekeeping practices are always maintained.

- Ensuring any relevant CCP’s/Allergen Controls are adhered to

-Cover ZM during absence

-Assisting in the active promotion of a safety culture and ensure all health and safety requirement are met in the area

-Taking ownership for product quality in the day to day running of the area/department/shift

-Ensuring all paperwork completed in all areas/departments and is accurate, reliable, comprehensive and legible

-Maintaining excellent standards in cleaning, health and safety, food safety and hygiene

-Solving current issues/problems

-Handling food ingredients

-Participating in training and mentoring new staff

-Ensuring that all production procedures and processes are followed in detail.
