
a young apprentice with a good hand full of experience in the trade i have worked in some very high profile shops such as molten brown Lego wicks toby carvery and many more doing 1 to 2 inch steel i have also fitted bath rooms and kitchens in these places so my work is to a quality that can be displayed and clean and tidy and i am always on time and eager to work i have a full kit of tool and am glad to work anywhere and anytime
i am a 17 year old apprentice plumber who has many working experiences in the trade for example
steel work : i have worked on commercial building sites putting two inch steel in to plate heat exchangers air source heat pumps and low loss headers using loctite 55 and stilsons i have also at collage used 1 inch steal to create tiny circuits
copper work: most work in the plumbing industry is copper i have used copper up to 54 mm on commercial sites for anything from plate heat exchangers to low loss headers, wash hand basins, kitchen sinks ,toilets, bedays, cylinders, radiators, air source heat pumps all in press fit because that is the companys i have worked alongs sides prefrenceses
plastics: alot of pipe in plumbing is plastic i have used pipe up to 6 inch on commercial sites i have used pastic pipe for creating waste systems for kitchen sinks and bathroom wash hand basins this is normally held together with solvent weld a strong glue. i have also used plastic push fit for toilet systems and rain water pipe across massive industrial warehouses this is normal pushed together using a lubricant to make sure not to rip the seel then for basins and kitchen sinks you have compression on traps.
gas work: since i am only an apprentice i havent done any work with gas on my own but i have with a qualified gas engineer .i have worked on massive industrial gas heaters in comercial buildings and have learnt how to uses a gas reader and how to purdge gas with nitrogen but my apprentiship does include gas after the second year
