Responsible for the Line Management of the Technical Department providing technical support across the Windsor Estate and the completion of decarbonation projects which comes to a collective value of £60M+.

Led, awarded, mobilised, and managed various maintenance contracts with a collective value of £12.5M+ where all contracts needed to be presented to the senior board before approval.

Collaborating with London’s Senior Operations Engineer to work with the Health & Safety department and build up-to-date Policies & Procedures, which would then be implemented across both London and Windsor Estates.

The main point of contact with all departments for Technical/Maintenance/Project support.

Responsible for providing engineering and event support for major events held at Windsor Castle, e.g. State Visits.

Often setting a precedent when working with the IT and Security Department, when recommending and supporting the use of new and emerging technology on the Windsor Estate.

Providing mentorship for the engineers, supervisors, and operators within the department.

Managed the electrical and health & safety department within care & maintenance. The main focus involved completing all statutory and environmental maintenance safely and on time, following NRS, HSE, and ONR requirements.

Oversaw electrical designs and construction tasks, ensuring compliance and quality within the Care & Maintenance Department.

Wrote and reviewed construction work packs, managing teams and liaising with stakeholders to ensure safe completion of tasks.

Facilitated and led audits with ONR and Environmental Agency, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards for the Care & Maintenance Facility.

Working Closely with the Decommissioning department, serving as a main point of contact for decommissioning activities within the Care & Maintenance areas. Providing advice and support on tasks and projects, including documentation reviews, design workshops, construction activities, HR disputes, Project Management, Product Sourcing, and Commissioning.

Ensured compliance with CDM regulations, satisfying HSE requirements, while creating documentation for active areas and engaging in ONR level 1 priority construction activities.

Planning work, providing oversight on tasks within nuclear containment areas, ensuring Safe Systems of Work. Following The Health & Safety at Work Act and Management of Health & Safety Regulations, using approved codes of practice and abiding by the site licence conditions (particularly licence 19, 20 and 26).

Collaborated with design contractors to develop design packs and electrical drawings using CAD and Trimble, while sourcing and specifying equipment for nuclear projects.

Activities ranged from leading stakeholder walk downs to writing functional specifications for tasks. Collaborated with electrical contractors to coordinate project tasks.

Built and led a multi-disciplined team to support in building and introducing
a crane procurement framework.

Collaborated with multi-disciplined teams, managing a set budget and a short time frame to solve real-life, time-sensitive issues.

Worked on multiple projects involving web design, Creating and distributing reports on remote inspection and testing techniques (drones and remotely operated equipment) while regularly communicating with the supply chain.
