Responsible for the Line Management of the Technical Department providing technical support across the Windsor Estate and the completion of decarbonation projects which comes to a collective value of £60M+.

Led, awarded, mobilised, and managed various maintenance contracts with a collective value of £12.5M+ where all contracts needed to be presented to the senior board before approval.

Collaborating with London’s Senior Operations Engineer to work with the Health & Safety department and build up-to-date Policies & Procedures, which would then be implemented across both London and Windsor Estates.

The main point of contact with all departments for Technical/Maintenance/Project support.

Responsible for providing engineering and event support for major events held at Windsor Castle, e.g. State Visits.

Often setting a precedent when working with the IT and Security Department, when recommending and supporting the use of new and emerging technology on the Windsor Estate.

Providing mentorship for the engineers, supervisors, and operators within the department.

Senior Care & Maintenance Engineer
