Working inside Business Transformation for over 6 years now I have encountered clients from all different sectors with all different challenges. Even in my short time I have seen many advancements in thinking and technology. This is why I am very intrigued and passionate about this area as it's something that doesn't stand still and provides an opportunity to lead clients to the top of their industry. My main focus for the past few years has been leading clients in moving towards the best Ways of Working in an Operating Model for the big tech players in Adobe & Salesforce but I am now very excited in where Customer Decisioning advancements and AI especially will take the focus in the coming years.
In July 2021 I was promoted to become a Senior Consultant in the renamed Strategy & Transformation team. This meant an increase in responsibility and breadth of projects that I would work on. This meant that I had an increase in responsibility for delivering our core Transformation Proposals which included creating Target Operating Models, Maturity Assessments, Business Ready Assessments & Change Management. As well as taking these on I was also providing assistance to our wider teams that we work closely with which where our Customer & Data Strategy and AdTech Consulting. With the AdTech consulting team I worked closely to help in working on their CDP audits for clients who were looking for new pieces of tech which exposed me to many different vendors. Within the Customer & Data Strategy I helped to deliver both a Data Readiness and Strategy report as well as helped to build KPI and OKR frameworks for numerous clients to set the baseline for wider projects that we were undertaking
Key Highlights
- Developed, devised & help to implement a Target Operating Model post an implementation of Pega into one of the largest Gambling companies in the UK
- Complete review and suggestions of the organisational structure of a large UK insurance company
- Conducted and provided a detailed review of CDPs for the largest Online Trading Provider which led to a multi-million purchase of a tool
- Led a project for the one of the largest UK banks in a mass Cookie and Tagging project in which we made the bank GDPR compliant before serious fines and sanctions were served
- Built a brand set of KPIs and OKRs for one of the largest Dutch Insurance companies that reset on how they look at the value of customers
- Devised a new Operating Model with a short turn around for one of the biggest UK retailers who had implemented a large amounts of Adobe products without any thought of the impact on teams
In November 2017 I became a member of Merkle's Business Transformation team, within the expansive Customer Strategy Team. Throughout my tenure, I've passionately engaged with Telcos, Banks, and Travel companies, collaborating closely to craft innovative Ways of Working and Target Operating Models. My role encompassed both Project Management and Consultancy, allowing me to blend strategic vision with practical execution, driving tangible outcomes and fostering lasting organisational change.

- Reviewing and helping to run the productivity of a 30 strong team of consultants working with SVP who ran the team. By producing Utilisation Reports, Team Updates & Financials
- Played significant parts and gained value experience with supporting roles in Transformation and Strategy projects within in multiple clients across sectors including Telco, Finance, FMCGs, Travel & Automotive
In July 2016 I travelled up to London each day to the Media Sense office and got to experience the world of Media Auditing. I was given great roles of responsibility by being tasked with research tasks on existing and potential new clients. This research allowed media sense then to make decisions on which clients they could target and potentially attract some large deals. I also sat in pitches from outside clients trying to sell devices and products to Media Sense. As well I got to have sit down meetings with the directors and senior staff there with them explaining the different roles of the business and teaching me how they go by day to day .
