  • Established professional relationships with school partners, delivery partners and funding partners to promote trust, rapport and reliability.
  • Diversified our funding streams to include funding from Sport England, South Glos. Council, BBL, St. James' Place Foundation, patrons and corporate partners.
  • Wrote a physical literacy programme and secured funding from Sport England to deliver it for the past six years.
  • My team of 70 coaches and development staff have increased our programmes' turnover by over 26.5% in 2 years to £1.27m.

Personal

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my children (Florence and Arthur), my wife (Rosie) and the recent addition to our family, Peggy, our one year old Cockapoo. I also enjoy playing and watching sport and keeping fit. My favourite podcast is the High Performance podcast hosted by Jake Humphrey and Professor Damian Hughes.
