- Installing pvc pipeline from our pumps to the filter and back and forth to the pool.
- Minimising bends and maximising the strength of our joints of the pipeline allowed the pump to perform better. Therefore minimising the overall required maintenance long term, and saving the customer money.
- Being the only employee of a sole trader gave me experience working closely with one person, giving me communication skills which are required in such a role.
- Delivered exceptional customer service by proactively listening to concerns and answering questions, gaining knowledge was vital to be able to confidently discuss queries with customers.
