Duties Include:

• Execution of full Legionella Risk Assessments and Air Quality Surveys using technical equipment.
• Liaising with on-site staff to ensure that actions are coordinated appropriately and effectively.
• Writing technical reports using site data.

• Completion of WMSoc Practical Legionella Risk Assessment Hot & Cold-Water Systems Advanced Course.
• Developed a strong understanding of industry specific legal frameworks such as the ACoP L8 and why they are important in the completion of environmental surveying.

Duties include:

• Part of the ‘Help@Hand EAP’ operations team, I aided in the resolution of challenging customer queries both over the phone and via email, whilst also providing administrative support to senior staff. Due to the nature of the role, I was often required to think quickly and astutely, ensuring I stayed calm when interacting with customers.
