  • My current role has seen me play a key part in the success of the FCP programme by driving new business wins, developing strong market relationships, and building a promising pipeline in challenging market conditions. I demonstrate resilience in competitive cycles by continually looking to identify new opportunities, maintaining momentum, and strengthening pipeline quality, while supporting strategic planning by shaping pursuits, defining win themes, and identifying growth areas. I have built a broad external network across prospects, existing clients, advisors, lawyers and Company Secretarial Teams. Where possible I meet with market contacts to deepen relationships, gather competitor intelligence and provide valuable market insights back into the business. I also leverage relationships from my previous Client Manager role to support ECP growth. My internal network has also expanded, where I have strong relationships with all levels of seniority throughout the business across multiple service lines, not limited to the UK but also globally. A Key strength of mine is the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally.
  • Alongside this, I support targeted events that enhance market visibility and contribute to pipeline generation, leading the delivery of our industry insight events supported by marketing. This continues to see me introduced to further senior contacts in the industry and helps support business growth and opportunities. I also support our OpenSpace series, building a valuable network from doing so. I work across the FCP, ECP and SAP programmes, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders and contributing to multi‑service wins across EGC, GEC and Registry, driving revenue growth and cross‑sell expansion. I have also managed an IPO, whose register is now managed by our offshore team. This has broadened my experience across our full programme suite making me a well-rounded member of the team, with the experience and characteristics of a senior member.
  • This year I presented to the Jersey and Guernsey boards, leading the offshore pipeline and partnering with the Client Relationship Director to identify and progress regional growth opportunities. I have a strong understanding of Computershare's value proposition, articulating our outcome‑based issuer services, SaaS capabilities and product innovation effectively to the market. I demonstrate how we use market insight to strengthen governance frameworks, improve stakeholder engagement and enhance risk management. I am also an experienced Salesforce user, maintaining accurate pipeline and activity data to support regional and global reporting.

  • Prior to moving to Australia for a 12 month sabbatical, I spent the past 3 years working as a Client Manager for 3 of Computershare's FTSE 100 clients. These are Unilever plc, Standard Chartered plc and Smith & Nephew plc. I liaise with the client contacts on a day-to-day basis offering a number of strategic projects that can help develop and progress their register as well as deal with shareholder queries and complaints. I also help organise and run their AGMs and help with the dividend process and a number of other shareholder communications and projects in which I see through from start to finish. I am the middle man between the client and their stakeholders and therefore, I need to communicate well with other teams within my company such as corporate actions, dividends and our print and postage teams to ensure a high level of satisfaction and a smooth running of the account has been achieved.
  • Since returning from Australia, I have taken on a fresh client-base managing a number of our FTSE 250 and AIM Listed clients, whilst also managing private clients. Within this team I have helped train new client managers joining the business using my experience of client management. I have also represented Computershare on a number of new business pitches where I helped with the presentation, organisation and planning of the pitch. This helped me build more relationships with senior members of internal Computershare teams as well as providing experience in pitching to potential new clients.

  • I helped and assisted Client Managers to provide excellent service to our clients, brokers and shareholders. I gained experience working with most of our client base within registry and was trained to work with Essential Registry Clients, Key Account Clients and Major Clients. I gained knowledge in a number of Computershare's internal systems such as Workflow, COSMOS and SCRIP. I helped run register lists and various reports for brokers or company analysis and completed monthly analysis tasks for various companies and helped with day-to-day queries and tasks from our clients. I reconciled daily the issued share capital for our clients and rectified any discrepancies with other departments to make sure the issued share capital is in balance. I also played a big part in the allotment of shares, buybacks and treasury transfers where I worked closely with other departments making sure we provided the best possible service to our clients. I also represented the company at AGMs in London.

  • I was trained to deal with many queries and issues relating to stocks and shares, increasing my knowledge of the industry whilst improving personal communication skills. I was also trained to deal with complex and high skill companies such as Irish and Jersey registered companies, and I dealt with Stock Brokers and Stock holders with British Government Stock. I was chosen to represent the company at a major client annual meeting in London, which I thoroughly enjoyed, where I was exposed to Client Services and gained a strong interest for this area of the business. I was also awarded 'Most Improved' in the Contact Centre Annual Awards.

Hobbies and Interest

Outside of work, I love music and have a wide and varied taste. I perform in Bristol and the South-West in a six piece country band where I play guitar and sing. I enjoy the theatre and also play football for my local side, Saltford F.C. I love to travel and explore different countries and cultures. My recent travels have taken me to Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and Montenegro.
