
I currently work at the Hampton by Hilton York, as a Guest Service Assistant. I am an enthusiastic member of staff with a knack for creating memorable guest experiences. I deliver a high quality service that increases guest satisfaction scores and repeat bookings. I regularly receive positive feedback from guests as I am known for my friendly, customer centred approach and problem-solving skills, all of which ensure smooth operations and happy customers.
As well as my experience on reception, I also have extensive experience of food and beverage service from my previous role at Sandburn Hall and have further developed this area in my current position.
