• Conduit for tracking and reporting on shortages & buy lists, ensuring all commodity buyers have accurate work lists across assigned projects.

•Drive action plan for performance improvement & contribute to risk management.

•Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure the contractual agreements are reflected in the MRP system.

•Expedite delivery needs to Suppliers using the dedicated tools.

• Follow up deliveries and ensure the availability of goods for projects.

•Contribute with Supply Chain inputs for supplier selection.

•Contribute to the project Supply Chain objectives and targets by ensuring material planning and ERP settings are in line with these objectives.

• Ensure and update the accuracy of material planning master data (in compliance with stock and logistic constraints)

• Create the Material Planning documents & respective Source List

•Communicate the Material Planning documents to Suppliers and follow Suppliers confirmation.

•Identify priorities associated with risk/impact anticipation and set up recovery actions.

•Organize and maintain regular reviews with Suppliers in order to check the status of deliveries and their delivery performances.

•Analyse and manage MRP exception messages and anticipate supply problems (backlogs, shortages, no demand…).

• Analyse and share deliveries performances KPI's with different stakeholders (Internal & External)• Accountable for collecting, analysing, and interpreting supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

• Support with the development of the purchasing programme management suite of standard

documentation/ templates for project KPI reporting.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve

efficiency.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables; plan

accordingly to ensure key linked reporting requirements are accommodated.

• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all purchasing fields within Fortescue Zero’s DDM (Design Data Manager) tool.

• Working closely with Logistics team as this team grows to establish consistent process for MRP planning, part scheduling and supplier performance reporting.

• Responsible for ensuring the DDM is fully populated with accurate buying levels, maintained and data can

be relied upon to report from on assigned projects.

• Utilise supply chain management software and tools to enhance visibility and control over supply

chain activities; stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and

implement new solutions.

• Champion the standardisation of templates and reporting metrics across the purchasing programme

management team

• Coordinating and executing of all activities related to the planning and procurement of raw materials and components, releasing them to Worldwide releasing system [ WERS] while maintaining the accuracy in Bill of material across different markets, managing the product demand and forecast.
• Maintaining Material Requirement planning [ MRP] system as per upcoming build [Proto, Job1, Running change]
• Responsible for delivering 100% error free Bill of material on a given time frame to Production team, Monitoring Part supply from start of the vehicle with Product Direction letter to end of the production [DOV]
• Closely negotiating between stakeholders, vendors, Design Engineer, Program management, engineering change control, Production plants in different country [ such as China, Thailand, Europe North America etc.] facilitating issue resolution to ensure parts are correct and supportable for the upcoming build.
• Prompt action/ adoption to Program direction Letter [ PDL] to change the Product features / markets /combinations, Support engineers with codification and Release of the part is Global system to achieve the smooth part flow.
• Working with Cross functional team to arrange inventory cycle counts and ensure the Enterprise resource planning [ERP] systems accuracy is maintained.
• Reporting procurement status to Program leads including shortage tracking updates.
• Work with timing charts to determine the collection timing for parts and child parts (from Sub Suppliers) to meet the MRD.
• Communicate & coordinate with supplier & sub supplier to meet the customers' requirements.
• Prepare and circulate daily/weekly part status reports to senior management and maintain the Part master data on a regular basis and keeping track of them till death of vehicle.
• Processing Complaints and finding solution at earliest.
• Participating in the internal Process audit when required.

• Responsible for Teaching Engineering Students Engineering Drawing &other Engineering subjects
• Responsible for training students on Lathe machines / drilling machines etc.

• Responsible for production quality of assembly plant [ chassis assembly / engine assembly/etc.
• Working closely with Logistic to look after correct and smooth part flow.
• Responsible for Paint shop quality [ pre paint product, post paint product] as per Caterpillar standard
• Prepare and circulate daily/weekly quality status reports to senior management.
• Preparing inventory report for PBA [ Paint before assembly] parts to maintain pull production
• Analyzing market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability
• Periodical Calibration of quality measurement tools, equipment in assembly Plant and paint shop
• Regular checking of paint Viscosity to maintain the quality of the finished product.
