Summary

I am a second-year Level 4 trainee counsellor currently working towards a Diploma in Therapeutic Integrative Counselling with Langley Training. I have a strong grounding in person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT and transactional analysis approaches, and a growing depth of experience working with survivors of trauma and abuse. My client work is supported by over two decades in corporate roles, where I developed excellent communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills that translate well into the counselling room. I bring empathy, warmth, and a deep respect for each client’s unique journey, and am especially drawn to work that supports emotional recovery, empowerment, and reconnection.
