At this stage of my carer I received my first complaint to SWE which initially I was very upset as this is my carer but upon reflection I was happy to reflect on all the success and achievements to date. I am not in possession of the phone and emails anymore that would show all the communication made seeking support. Nonetheless the case is with SWE and I trust there judgement.

Being able to make desktop assessments and risk assessments and using the wider community to ensure the safety of clients was fascinating to me. Understanding when to call the police and when not too. Differentiating what is a social care need and wht is a health need. I just learnt so much here and I enjoyed working with my Manager Claire at the time she was awesome and a True teacher. This was really fun.
