• As a Community Physiotherapist, I am highly adaptable and thrive in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments where effective communication and collaboration are key to achieving optimal patient outcomes. I apply research-based, evidence-informed methods to guide assessment and treatment, ensuring that each intervention is grounded in current best practice and measurable results. My ability to translate research into clinical application allows me to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across diverse community settings. I take particular interest in balance and vestibular rehabilitation and have provided a formal talk/training on vestibular conditions, diagnosis, treatment and vestibular medications at a non-medical prescribers conference. Beyond this, I am engaging and contributing to a vestibular network group made up of audiologists, ACP's and specialist vestibular physiotherapist with the aim to deliver further vestibular training and education and training across the trust. I am committed to continuous learning, reflective practice, and innovation.

• As a bike guide, I was required to lead a group of amateurs around unknown territories in rural Greece. I often had to deal with adversity and provide rapid first aid and assistance. Beyond this I provided quality customer service and as a trained mechanic, the maintenance of a fleet of bikes. This experience helped develop my leadership and teamwork skills as well as perseverance through difficult situations.

Facilitated development of vocational, social, and independent living skills for young adults with learning disabilities in a chocolate production setting.
Oversaw creation of made-to-order deluxe and specialist chocolates, enhancing individual skill levels and workplace integration.

• I worked closely with educators to facilitate fieldwork activities, providing hands-on learning experiences for students in natural environments. My role involved coordinating logistics, ensuring student safety, and enhancing educational outcomes by helping to deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned sessions on topics such as ecology, geography, and environmental science. This experience honed my organizational, communication, and leadership skills while deepening my knowledge of outdoor education and environmental conservation.

• After completing my Cytech level 2 qualification, I have worked in a bike shop. This entailed bike repair and maintenance alongside providing customer services and Ecommerce administrative tasks. This role has allowed me to vastly build my communication skills, ability to solve technical mechanical problems and enhance my online technical skillset.

• I have done work experience in both a private dentist, public hospital and private hospital undertaking tasks of creating implants and assisting with teeth extractions and root canal treatments. These experiences have augmented my ability to get involved with clinical problems, improved my patient quality of care service, and developed my interest for a career in a medical profession.

• Working at a café has a non-stop environment from 8-5 undertaking multiple simultaneously, which was a good experience for working as a team and under strict time limitations.
