  • The business was holding in excess of 100 vehicles many overage priced incorrectly and in general poor condition for sale, all vehicles were re-priced to market, displayed correctly and advertised correctly, during my time we have managed to increase the number of units from 24 per month with average ppu of £150, to 46 units per month with an increase of over £350ppu.
  • Due to low Profit potential in the Fiat brand we have now changed the stock profile to include other makes to increase our profit and improve footfall.

  • I returned to Stratstone in February 2005 at Harley-Davidson Birmingham as Sales Leader having no previous experience in the Motor Bike industry i was a little apprehensive, but soon learnt that two wheels are no different than 4, the vast knowledge i have already acquired over the years was soon implemented improving the sales process, and customer care.
  • I quickly increased our sales and profitability, having a very successful time at Birmingham i was promoted to Dealer Principal at a new site to be opened in Stoke-on-Trent.
  • As stated before i held the position of National Sales Development leader for Stratstone the position was to develop leaders of the sales departments to increase customer care, understanding of the sales process and working closely with General Managers, this gave me the opportunity to learn from these Managers for my future development i decided very quickly that when i have the opportunity to become Dealer principal i would be everything they whey were not, I would lead from the front, listen and definitely be a hands on General Manger helping everyone to achieve our personal goals.
  • I held the position of Dealer Principal for 3 very successful years, we achieved the number 1 in new bike sales in the UK and Ireland.
