Automated Medical Risk Assessment Process: I led workshops at The Challenge Network (TCN) to design an automated medical risk assessment process, evaluating over 100 different condition combinations. Additionally I implemented a logic-based website form and templates for efficient review, optimizing the allocation of support resources for young people and minimizing time spent by staff in reviewing them
Operational Efficiency and Cost Reduction: I worked with TCN and Royal Opera House (ROH) to implement integrated phone and wireless card solutions. resulting in substantial reduction of department operating costs and improved turnaround times
Company-Wide Process Improvement: I spearheaded the rollout of an electronic Purchase Order (PO) system company-wide for the ROH alongside a comprehensive training program and update of business processes to enhance financial reporting and audit readiness

Go-Live Plan Template for Britbox: I managed a Price Increase project with Britbox and created a highly effective go-live plan template which was been successfully utilized for two additional price increases and was used as the starting point for go live plans for the delivery team going forwards
