Organise parcels for delivery scanning with PDA to load and optimise for given route. Drive and deliver parcels around optimised delivery route ensuring each delivery is made in accordance with any specific instructions given on PDA. Scan each parcel to record and confirm delivery.

Devonshire Park/Congress Theatre development project.

A new ‘Conference Centre’ in Eastbourne.

The building comprised of an RC frame with an upper level steel frame tied into the existing Congress Theatre building. I worked on the initial construction phase overseeing the construction of the piled foundations concrete ring beam and RC frame.

Highway Inspector responsible for all aspects of Highway Maintenance and control within the Eastbourne borough area. Carrying out routine scheduled inspections and responding to reported issues. Liaising with other responsible authorities and stakeholders requiring access to do maintenance within the highway.

Inspection of all constructed elements of Immersed Tube Tunnel. Ensuring contractor adhered to all technical design aspects implemented by Capita Symonds. Instruction of remedial works where required.

Responsibilities: Production of structural calculations & structural drawings for ‘RC/Steel/Masonry/Timber’ elements.

Erection of small and large steel framed buildings, from small residential to large portal framed structures.
Erection of steel staircase access and fire escapes.
All aspects of handrail for various balconies and staircases.
