- Management of capex and opex budgeting as well as monitoring of cleaning, security, access control, fire, alarm, CCTV and HVAC systems.

- Managed the Estates & Facilities department whilst transitioning into a new building- working closely with the College Principal, CEO and architect team to project manage the main build througout Cat A and B construction. Seeing this through to PC to the tightest of deadlines. The project incude a live venue, cafe, high-end music studios, green screen media suites and various different types of complex teaching spaces.

- Working with external companies to set up contracts for cleaning, security, HVAC systems to minimise cost and energy usage.

- Deciding on best practices of design for AV across the new building.

- Managing the training shcedule of the Estates team of 15 staff.

- Health and Safety representative for BIMM Bristol. Ensured correct implementation of Health and Safety procedure is adhered to, promoting health and safety awareness and culture across multiple departments.

- Supported the College Principal with the development and implementation of the Estats & Facilities strategy for the campus.

- Managed, developed and deployed the Estaes & Facilities team to maximise value to student experience.

- Managed and overseen a calendar of planned, proventative maintenance, repairs, improvements and refurbishments for the campus and equipment.
