  • Selected to head up a large multi-million pound project to improve the way the MPS manages crimes reported via the 101 telephone number; closed local borough units, set up new central unit with three-hundred staff; utilised project management (PRINCE) tools and techniques and delivered the project on time and within budget; achieved £11M per annum in efficiencies.
