In the role of Education Technical Lead at the University of Sheffield, my responsibilities included overseeing the development and growth of the Virtual Learning Environment, ensuring it met the needs of students and faculty alike. Collaboration with cross-functional teams was key to delivering innovative solutions that aligned with institutional goals.

• Succesfully led the development and growth of the largest student-facing system, significantly improving user engagement.
• Created and supported the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies system (CAS), following the introduction of the Government International Student admission policy.

My work at UCL as an analyst / programmer was based in the Financial Development team. The role required a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies.

As an Applications Developer at Bournemouth University, my role involved creating and implementing software applications tailored to the requirements of both students and staff.
