My reasoning for currently looking at new jobs are, I would like to work more towards a career in the creative elements such as marketing, digital designs, artistic styling and writing.
I have always known my desired career path to be this, as I have an extremely creative brain and have been working towards a job role fit for this for a long time however, I was given a fantastic opportunity of working in the events industry for a while, hence why I have been part of that journey so far and completed an event planning course before starting my most recent jobs.
In this job role, I started out as an operational assistant for events and eventually worked my way up to becoming an event coordinator, however shortly left and started a similar but more advanced role within another company called The Old Mill, a wedding and event venue located in Aldermaston.
I started this company as a customer assistant, developed my skills and was offered the role of team support manager. This role was based on managing a team independently throughout various 24hrs in the day.

My reason for termination is because, I was offered a great opportunity after completing a Level 3 course in Events and current experience from working within The Post Barn Wedding and Event Venue.
I of course started this role as a regular waitress and was soon offered a supervisor position.

I left the previous company as, their Gymnast Director created her own independent company and offered me a job with her.

This company shut down in 2019, hence my resignation.
In the current company I work at, in November 2025 our venue won at the TWIA Award (The Wedding Industry Awards). - We asked all wedding couples from the previous year if they would vote for us for all our hard work of the planning process and on their wedding days, we fortunately gained enough votes to win our venue county award.
I started at the bottom of the events industry myself and worked my way up the ladder and gratefully have been offered multiple promotions, such as my coordination role.
Attached to my CV is a certificate of Event and Wedding Planning Level 3, and a recent documentation referencing my current directors that oversaw my performance on an entire wedding day as a coordinator.
Contractually I must give 3 months notice to my current employers before I can start a new Job.
My personality consists of being; calm, professional, respectful, compassionate, warm, kind, timely and organised.
My view is that, it is absolutely vital I have key skills and knowledge for a particular job role to maintain a successful career and of course sometimes having to have difficult discussions where necessary however, if I am not a decent person then that is meaningless in life. Therefore I always do everything in my power to execute being a good person everyday.
